Three steps to a better diet

  • Try to drink 6 to 8 glasses of water a day. Drinking fruit juices such as orange, apple and prune helps digestion and cleansing.
  • Eat high fibre breads and cereals and fruit, everyday.
  • Ease off the caffeine. Don't drink lots of coffee or cola drinks or too much tea.
Enjoy a healthy diet to help keep bowels regular and to avoid constipation. Straining bowels can weaken your pelvic floor muscles and cause more leakage.
